Important conditions for airport taxi requests, quotes, confirmations, changes, passenger information and travel arrangements.

1. Booking requests
Submitting the online form creates a booking request, not an automatic confirmed reservation. A journey is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation with the agreed details and quote.
2. Accurate information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, flight, pickup, destination, passenger and luggage information. Changes should be communicated as early as possible.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are based on the journey details supplied. Additional stops, waiting time, route changes, extra passengers, oversized luggage or other changes may affect the final amount. Accepted payment arrangements are confirmed with the booking.
4. Airport pickup and delays
Flight details are used for planning, but travellers should communicate material changes when possible. Pickup instructions and any waiting-time conditions are provided with confirmation.
5. Vehicle capacity
Vehicle suitability depends on both passenger and luggage requirements. The requested vehicle may be changed or additional vehicles may be recommended if the submitted details exceed safe capacity.
6. Child seats and special requests
Child seats, accessibility requirements, oversized items and special equipment are subject to availability and must be confirmed before the journey.
7. Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation conditions are provided with the booking confirmation. Any request should include the booking reference and be sent through the contact form or confirmation email.
8. Service availability
Requests are subject to vehicle and driver availability, operational conditions and confirmation. We may decline or propose an alternative when the requested journey cannot be fulfilled as submitted.
