Information is used to review your request, prepare a quote, arrange and administer the requested transfer, communicate journey details, answer questions, prevent misuse and comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Storage and access
Submitted information may be stored on the website server and delivered to the service email account. Access should be limited to authorised personnel who need the information to process the request.
4. Third parties
Information may be shared with assigned transport providers or drivers when necessary to perform the transfer, and with technical providers used to operate email, hosting, payment or mapping services.
5. Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for booking administration, customer support, accounting, dispute handling and legal compliance.
